The Blairs Administrative Office Hours Monday-Friday: 9am - 6pm Saturday: 10 am - 4pm Sunday: Closed
The Blair Administrative Office is located in Blair East, and serves all residents of Blair Plaza, Blair East, Blair House, Blair Towers, and Blair Towns. The Management Office is staffed seven days a week to assist current residents in the following areas:

Rent payments - Residents are more than welcome to come by and drop off rental payment. If our office if closed, however, we encourage you to leave them in our drop box.

Resident Concerns - If you have any concerns, please come by and speak to us about them. Informing the Administrative Office will allow us to better help our residents. Keep in mind that even the smallest of stones can create ripples in a pond.

Lease renewals - We make it easy for residents to prolong their lease agreement, just stop by the Management Office and we will guide you through the rest.

Parking stickers - Need a new parking sticker for your vehicle? Come by the Administrative Office to talk with us and we will be sure to fulfill your needs.

What if the Administrative Office is closed? - We would love to keep the Administrative Office doors open all the time, but that is just not a possibility. Therefore we have constructed hours that allow for most residents to come by and speak with us. However, if the Administrative Office is closed, we advise residents to speak with the front desk attendant on duty. Many times they hold the answers to questions that residents may have. Residents are also free to leave messages for us at the front desk, and we should be able to get back to you the next day. Or feel free to send us an e-mail with your questions.
