Elevator Reservation Agreement

In consideration of your neighbors, please be advised that our elevators may only be reserved between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 pm and 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Sunday hours are 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Please call the appropriate Concierge Desk for your designated building to schedule the elevator for your move-in or move-out as soon as you know your move-in or move-out date. All move-ins and move-outs must take place through the loading dock areas or rear entrance doors. No front door access will be granted.

Please Note: If you are moving into or out of Blair Towers, please call the Blair House Front Desk Concierge to schedule your move.

 I hereby understand and agree to the move-in or move-out procedures set forth in this agreement. Any attempt to move-in or move-out after hours will be denied and subject to a fine of $100.00.
