How do I?

Here at the Blairs, we have completed a resident user data base online in our ongoing efforts to offer excellent customer service. This means that each of our residents have their own username and password to submit maintenance requests online through our website. This will allow quick and efficient completion of maintenance requests, as well as added security.

Please follow these simple instructions to find your username and password. If for any reason you cannot access your account contact Gina Yates at: ginayates@towercompanies.com

User ID: User IDs are your apartment building and apartment number combined:

Blair East: BE Blair Plaza: BP Blair House: BH Blair Towns: BT Blair Towers: A, B, C, or D

Now just simply add your apartment number for your full user ID, for example:
-Blair Plaza, apartment 999: BP999

Password: Passwords are the lease holder's last name and apartment number combined, for example:

-John Smith, apartment 999: smith999

If you continue to experience difficulty and are unable to complete a request form, please submit your request though the office until we are able to make sure that you can log in.
