PET POLICY
CAT POLICIES
- Cats are allowed on all floors of
Blair Plaza, Towers, and Towns. - Residents are allowed 1 or 2 cats.
- There is a monthly fee of $35.00 per cat.
- Must be either spayed or neutered.
DOG POLICIES
- Dogs are allowed on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th floors of Blair Plaza, all floors of Blair Towns & Blair Towers.
- Residents are allowed 2 dogs.
- There is a monthly fee of $40.00 per dog.
- All dogs must be viewed by management before final approval.
- Breed restrictions may apply.
GENERAL PET POLICIES
- Be it a cat or dog, there is a $250.00 deposit per pet that is refundable at move out.
- Only cats and dogs are allowed in Blair Plaza, Blair Towns and Blair Towers, no other pets.
- Along with our policies, all residents must adhere to all federal and county registrations and regulations.
- The limit is up to two cats or you may have one dog and one cat
