Online resident services make
life at The Blairs a breeze.

We are pleased to provide our residents with an online service suite called blaircommunity.com. Blaircommunity.com is a very robust resident tool that will allow our residents access to a variety of resident services, all within a single website portal. In addition, you will be able to customize your account to allow for access from your phone or email. Some of the benefits of using blaircommunity.com are:

Discount Card - All residents who register with blaircommunity.com will receive a free discount card that is accepted by several local area businesses. Simply present your card to a participating business and you will receive a discount. We're always looking to add more businesses, so please let us know if there is a business that you would like us to try to add.

Online Maintenance Tickets - Once a request is received, it is tracked and assigned for resolution according to your settings. Updates are communicated instantly to the resident.

Package Tracking - Packages will now be electronically scanned. Residents will be able to receive instant notification that a package has arrived. You will also be able to see whether or not you have a package on the large TV monitor in the mailroom without the need for messy sticky notes on mailboxes. An electronic signature pad will help to ensure that your packages are received by you properly.

Amenity & Elevator Reservations - Residents will now be able to reserve most services and amenities seamlessly, including elevators, loading dock and guest suites.

Marketplace - Blaircommunity.com has a Marketplace feature that allows residents to post items for sale and offer services that will only be visible and accessible within the Blairs community. This will take the place of bulletin boards and allow for a much more interactive forum for residents to help each other buy and sell furniture and other items of use.

Rent Payment Center - Our current electronic rent payment center will be accessible through blaircommunity.com
