With our exclusive resident portal, blaircommunity.com, you have access to a variety of resident services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all within an easy to use website.  Here is what you can access on Blaircommunity.com:

Marketplace - Blaircommunity.com has a Marketplace feature that allows residents to post items for sale and offer services that will only be visible and accessible within the Blairs community. This takes the place of bulletin boards and allows for a much more interactive forum for residents to help each other buy and sell furniture and other items of use.

Package Tracking - Packages are electronically scanned. Residents are able to receive instant notification that a package has arrived. You will also be able to see whether or not you have a package on the large TV monitor in the mailroom without the need for messy sticky notes on mailboxes. An electronic signature pad will help to ensure that your packages are received by you properly.

Rent Payment Center - Our current electronic rent payment center is accessible through this link. Your leasing professional or the Blairs Business Office can provide your login information.

Amenity & Elevator Reservations - Residents will now be able to reserve most services and amenities seamlessly, including elevators, loading dock and guest suites.

Online Maintenance Tickets - Once a request is received, it is tracked and assigned for resolution according to your settings. Updates are communicated instantly to the resident.
